If you are not satisfied in any way we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days.

You should not rely on the information contained on this website for diagnosing a pet’s health problem or concern. Always consult your own veterinarian and medical advisors if a question arises. Whenever using pet grooming products, please keep in mind your pet’s safety and comfort.  Never allow your pet to eat any grooming product or chew on any packaging.  Never use cleansing products to clean in your pets eyes and ears.

Return/Exchange Policy

We will accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must have been purchased through www.sadieandmitz.com. Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased. Online exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. To return or exchange an item, please call (905) 885-4111 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please include a copy of your RA # inside the package and ensure the RA # is recorded on the outside of the package. A  RA # must be obtained before returning any items. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit to your account. We do not refund shipping on returned items. Items received as gifts can be exchanged for another items of equal or greater value. SADIE & MITZ is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit

Canceling or Changing an order

Once an order is submitted on our online system, over the phone, by fax or e mail it is a commitment to purchase. We will do our best to accommodate an “after order”change request but we take no responsibility for being able to modify or cancel an order.

Payment

All orders must be prepaid before shipping.  We use Pay Pal for all website orders. You can purchase even though you don’t have PayPal account. You can use your credit card for payment through secured PayPal. Sadie & Mitz will not have access to credit card information given to PayPal.

For Canadian clients, the provincial tax (PST/GST/HST) will be added to the final amount at the PayPal’s transaction page.

We ship across North America and over seas. The shipping rates for Canada are as follows:

International Orders

All orders may be placed directly through our secured website but are subject to applicable fees including customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.
